FUZE is a non-competitive youth-only interactive fitness and afterschool activity center modeled after the principles of the Positive Coaching Alliance® and our award-winning proprietary curriculum, Intelligent Sports Conditioning™. FUZE enhances athletic development, physical fitness, sports preparation, confidence-building and self-esteem. We feature after-school programs - including school shuttle service and homework club for Extended Time, personal training, team-based training for coaching staff, P.E. field trips for schools, seasonal camps and extreme fun parties!

Plus, kids will get the benefits of trying out group exercise classes - yoga, zumba, martial arts, jumprope, trampoline, hip-hop with certified coaches and qualified instructors who “get kids” – that’s all we do!
