Summer Break Camps
Join FUZE Fit For A Kid!®, the state-of-the-art Fitness and Sports Conditioning Center designed for just kids and tweens (6-12 years) from the ground up. Our high-tech academy is designed to inspire, and improve the workout experience of all kids with seasoned, coached classes.
Strengthen your athletic skills, ability to perform, and sports preparation with our award-winning Intelligent Sports Conditioning™ programs, interactive sessions featuring our RAIL-FiT Master Obstacle Course, Rock Climbing, Yoga, Hip-Hop, and Trampoline courses, plus cutting-edge Active Exergaming side-by-side traditional aspects of functional movement including resistance training, plyometrics, and motor development. PCA-certified coaching staff.
Designed for all levels of skill and abilities to improve movement, balance, coordination, speed, agility, game strategy, focus, confidence and of course, FUN!
Park trips daily for real-time, action-based sports play for all.
Multiple week campers will receive progressive training as well.
