The FUZE Intelligent Sports Conditioning program is comprised of several curricula and classes with a theme of PLAY, PREPARE and PERFORM:

• SPORTS FiT is designed for K-8th graders seeking to improve their athleticism, engage them more fully into sports, and ensure the basis of an active lifestyle – check out our Foundations, Excel, and Ultimate Classes and try your first class on us for free! These are terrific classes for boys and girls wanting to get the most of our their sporting experiences, advance to a higher level of performance, and stay in shape when the season is over! Moreover, many kids in these classes are just beginning to explore sports for the first time.
• GAME FiT classes are intended to engage kids who are presently participating at sports at a semi-competitive or advanced level, and also include conditioning sequences geared to specific sports on a rotational basis through the year, as well as court and field strategy, and game simulations. Ideal for kids 9-12 years.
• FLEX FiT is a program designed for boys and girls 10-14 and is a focused conditioning program with functional movement workouts of the week, circuit-style strength training on kid-designed HOIST lifting equipment, and can also be paired with either SPORTS FiT or GAME FiT classes  on the SCHEDULE.

At FUZE, you will also find programs for children with Specialized Needs, PE Field Trips for Schools, and our SPARKS series of classes for little ones 33-54 months, including KinderFiT classes for those 4.5-6 years. We also offer value-based Extended Time for working parents featuring Shuttle Service, Homework Assistance .
